A complete collection, from initial strategy to production-ready status, typically takes between 3 and 6 months, depending on complexity, number of styles and factory lead times. A single style with simple construction can be prototyped in 4 to 6 weeks. During your discovery call, we'll give you a realistic timeline based on your specific project — we never promise unrealistic speed.

Yes. Fabric and trim sourcing is included in both plans. We have established relationships with suppliers in multiple regions, and we'll connect you with the right materials and production partners based on your quality level, minimum order quantities and budget. If you already have suppliers in mind, we can also work with them.

The Monthly Product Development plan works month-to-month with a minimum three-month commitment. This gives us enough time to understand your brand, set up our processes together and deliver concrete results. After this initial period, you can continue month-to-month or switch to a longer commitment at a preferential rate.

Each deliverable (tech pack, pattern, sketch) includes three free revision rounds. A revision is a modification of an existing deliverable based on your feedback — not a complete overhaul. We provide a clear feedback template to ensure your revisions are properly captured and handled efficiently. Additional revisions beyond three are available at a fixed hourly rate.

Yes. Factory introductions are part of our service. We have established relationships with verified manufacturers covering different minimum order quantities, price ranges and specializations. We'll connect you with partners suited to your product category and production volume — and we can join your first calls to help translate technical discussions.
